Cancellation Policy
THE UNDERSIGNED AGREES THAT A CREDIT CARD IMPRINT IS SIGNED AND IS BLANK. THE IMPRINT IS USED FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT IN THE EVENT OF ANY DAMAGE, STOLEN VEHICLE, FINES, AND LOSS OF REVENUE OF SAID EQUIPMENT. THE UNDERSIGNED GRANTS PERMISSION TO SALT ISLAND SCOOTER RENTAL, LLC., TO CHARGE ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR WHILE IN POSSESSION OF THE ABOVE EQUIPMENT AND ANY OTHER VEHICLE THAT MIGHT BE DAMAGED, DESTROYED, OR STOLEN THAT INVOLVES THE UNDERSIGNED. ALL CHARGES ARE NOT FINAL AUDIT, IN THE EVENT FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CHARGES AT THE TIME OF THE ESTIMATE, THE UNDERSIGNED GIVES FULL AUTHORIZATION TO CHARGE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO THE CREDIT CARD IMPRINT. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS. LESSEE agrees that he/she shall protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless SALT ISLAND SCOOTER RENTAL, LLC A MASSACHUSETTS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AND ITS MEMBERS from and against any and all claims arising from the rental of this Vehicle from the LESSOR from any cause whatsoever. IMPROPER USE OF THE VEHICLE, AS DETERMINED SOLELY BY THE LESSOR OR ANY AGENT OF THE LESSOR SHALL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CONFISCATION OF THE VEHICLE. There shall be no refund of any monies paid in the event of the LESSOR's confiscation of the Vehicle and there will be no refunds given for any reason whatsoever (Weather, Personal Injury, Etc.). indicate that the LESSEE has read, acknowledges and understands the paragraph. The LESSEE has provided the LESSOR a valid driver's license and has completed the RENTAL AGREEMENT FORM.
